NaLyssa Smith Deletes Tweet Showing Frustration With the Fever
- NaLyssa Smith recently deleted a tweet expressing her frustration following the Indiana Fever’s 110-109 victory against the Dallas Wings on September 15, 2024. Caitlin Clark had a standout performance, scoring a career-high 35 points, with contributions from Kelsey Mitchell (30 points), Aliyah Boston (15 points), and Smith, who added eight points. Connecticut Sun’s DiJonai Carrington, Smith’s former Baylor teammate, praised her performance on X, but Smith later posted a now-deleted tweet saying, “Fun while it lasted, babe,” with two laughing emojis. Smith has seen fewer scoring chances this season with the arrival of Clark, but remains a key player for the Fever, helping them end a seven-year playoff drought.
