Tranmere Rovers are thrilled to announce that striker Luke Norris has signed a new one-year contract with the club, which will keep him at Prenton Park until at least summer 2025.
Luke has six goals and four assists in 21 games (14 starts) during the 2023/24 season, demonstrating his ability to not only score goals but also pull his teammates into the game from the top of the pitch.
The 30-year-old has also helped the squad by bringing experience, having made over 430 professional games to date.
When Luke signed his new contract, he commented, “I’m quite happy. I was pretty excited when I joined here last year; it didn’t go as planned due to a horrible injury, but that’s all behind us now, so I’m really looking forward to getting a full season in and I’m very eager for the season.”
Manager Nigel Adkins said: “Luke is a wonderful character who brings a strong presence to the team, has already been promoted from this tier, and can play a key part in the team.
“We are pleased that the forward has signed a new contract with us and I’m looking forward to working with him as we strive to progress and achieve our ambitions.”
