QPR have agreed to recruit teenage winger Daniel Bennie from A-League side Perth Glory.
The 18-year-old Australian youth international will initially play for Rangers’ development side. Several European clubs have recently shown interest in him.
Bennie was anticipated to stay with Perth for another season, but he elected to leave this summer.
Meanwhile, QPR has announced the signing of midfielder Kieran Morgan following his recent trial with the club.
Morgan, 18, has signed after leaving Tottenham and will first play for Rangers’ youth squad. He has been granted a two-year deal.

Gareth Ainsworth spoke out after Leeds United lost the play-off final to Southampton at Wembley Stadium.
Gareth Ainsworth worries Leeds United may struggle to keep some of their greatest players after losing the Championship play-off final. Southampton defeated the Whites at Wembley Stadium last Sunday afternoon, thanks to Adam Armstrong’s first-half goal.
Daniel James hit the crossbar as the game neared the end, but the Saints striker’s 24th-minute effort compounded the Yorkshire club’s sixth knockout setback and another season in the second division.
It ended a largely impressive campaign for Daniel Farke’s team in the cruelest of ways. Leeds finished the regular season with 90 points, becoming the first team in the division to do so while failing to qualify for the Premier League.
Their failure in football’s most lucrative event has financial consequences, as a summer of uncertainty lies at Elland Road.
According to reports, Leeds owes rival teams roughly £190 million in transfer fee installments, with £100 million in talent potentially on the way out to guarantee compliance with the EFL’s financial standards next season.
