However, Ljubicic’s situation has changed because, as the German newspaper Bild reports, top agent Volker Struth has broken up his relationship with him.

It is alleged that more members of the player’s inner circle have become embroiled, attempting to exert pressure on Ljubicic to move to Leeds.

However, problems of that kind are not new; last summer, he attempted to relocate to Wolfsburg, eluding his former agent Dirk Hebel, and as a result, the two companies split.

Bild claims that Ljubicic has changed his agents five times in the past eighteen months, “changing them like he changes his football boots.”

Struth has severed his relationship with Ljubicic because of some of his teammates’ actions, which he found intolerable.

It is said that the midfielder’s chances of making a move before the transfer season ends are dwindling.
