Danielle Peazer Posts Heartfelt Statement Following Liam Payne’s Funeral

Danielle Peazer, Liam Payne’s ex-girlfriend, has shared a touching message just days after attending the funeral of the former One Direction star. Liam, aged 31, tragically passed away on October 16 after falling from a hotel balcony in Buenos Aires.
Taking to Instagram, Danielle revealed her focus on family and self-care during this difficult time. She wrote:
“I’m also very aware that over the past few weeks or so I’ve posted the least amount I ever have in my entire online career. Yet I’ve had the most eyes on everything I’m doing or saying. Thank you for being patient with me whilst I take a minute for myself. I’m grateful for all the love sent my way and am making the most of this quality time with my baby girl and the rest of my family.”
She added a message for those struggling: “Everything is just a phase.”
Reflecting on Liam’s Legacy
Danielle, who dated Liam from 2010 to 2012, also opened up about their recent communication. Weeks before his death, Liam had reached out to congratulate her on the birth of her daughter, Mia, with her new partner, Sonny. Danielle expressed that his kind message is a memory she will “cherish forever.”
She also paid tribute to Liam in an earlier post, acknowledging the profound loss felt by his loved ones and fans:
“Whilst we all take the time to navigate in a world without Liam, it’s important to remember that while he was adored by millions as a world-famous musician, he was also someone’s son, brother, and a father to his son, Bear. The thought that there is now a child growing up without one of their parents is heartbreaking and unfair.”
Danielle offered her condolences to Liam’s family, including his son Bear, and expressed her continued support for them.
A Somber Farewell
Liam’s funeral, held earlier this week, brought together his former bandmates—Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Louis Tomlinson, and Niall Horan—as well as Simon Cowell, Cheryl, and other close friends. The private ceremony allowed his loved ones to honor his life and legacy.
