Ebbsfleet United is currently seeking a full-time strength and conditioning coach to enhance player performance through top-tier sports science support. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a passionate, enthusiastic, and motivated individual who values collaboration and maintains high standards.

The ideal candidate will have the flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed, ensuring that they can meet the demands of the position. Essential qualifications include a BSc (Hons) in Sports Science or Strength and Conditioning, along with at least two years of experience in football or a similarly elite full-time sports environment.
