Fortnite Chapter 2 Remix kicks off this Saturday, following an exciting reveal by Epic Games during a Snoop Dogg concert in Times Square. This season, which highlights the music theme, will showcase Snoop Dogg as a central figure during Fortnite Festival Season 6.
As anticipated, Fortnite Chapter 5 is concluding with a sequel to last year’s original season. Chapter 2 Remix will focus on early seasons of Chapter 2. This short season will last only a month, wrapping up on the evening of November 30, and will feature the Remix Pass. Unlike standard battle passes, the Remix Pass consists of just 70 tiers and includes five remixed skins based on earlier Chapter 2 designs—one more than last year’s OG Pass.
Each week will spotlight a different music artist. The schedule is as follows: Week 1 features Snoop Dogg, Week 2 showcases Eminem with a skin inspired by his Houdini music video, Week 3 is dedicated to Ice Spice, and the final week pays tribute to the late Juice WRLD. Each week will introduce themed locations, weapons, and new skins in the item shop, with a special cel-shaded Juice WRLD skin available for free to all players who log in on November 30, coinciding with the Remix finale event.
Snoop Dogg is also the star of Fortnite Festival, leading a new Music Pass that includes a cel-shaded skin and a collection of cosmetics available in the item shop. Priced at 1,400 V-Bucks, this pass is more affordable than previous Festival offerings and comes with four music tracks, including:
“Robbery” by Juice WRLD
“Bounce Back” by Big Sean
“Crank That” by Soulja Boy Tell Em
“Young, Wild and Free” by Snoop Dogg, Wiz Khalifa, and Bruno Mars
The new season of Fortnite Festival is set
to run until January 14.
