Date for Warriors clash confirmed as 3 fixtures rescheduled
Wigan Warriors will play three games in ten days later in August, with three schedule alterations, including the postponement of their Round 2 match against Leigh Leopards.
Sky Sports has selected three games for exclusive coverage, including the postponed round two match against Adrian Lam’s side.
Wigan Warriors will now play Hudderfield Giants at The Brick Community Stadium on Thursday, August 1, to maximise their recovery and preparation before hosting Leigh Leopards the following Tuesday, August 6 (8pm KO).
The game was rescheduled from its planned date in February due to Wigan’s participation in the World Club Challenge.
The rearrangements have also seen the Round 21 meeting at Headingley Stadium against Leeds Rhinos put back to Saturday, August 10, with a 3:00pm kick-off.
Sky Sports will continue to deliver live coverage of every Betfred Super League event – with fans accessing content via Sky Sports+ from August 8.
