Legendary British rock band Queen, known for iconic hits like “Bohemian Rhapsody” and “We Will Rock You,” has just announced exciting news for fans worldwide. In a surprise press release, the band revealed plans for a new album, set to be released in early 2024. This will be Queen’s first album in nearly a decade, following 2014’s Queen Forever, which included previously unheard tracks featuring their late, great frontman, Freddie Mercury.
The album is said to feature a mix of previously unreleased tracks and newly recorded material, with long-time collaborator and current frontman Adam Lambert contributing heavily. The band’s legendary guitarist, Brian May, commented: “This project is a celebration of our past while looking forward to the future of Queen’s music. Freddie is always with us in spirit, and Adam has brought so much life to our performances. We can’t wait for everyone to hear what we’ve been working on.”
