Manchester United received positive news on the injury front ahead of Sunday’s Premier League clash against Arsenal at Old Trafford, as both defender Lisandro Martinez and forward Marcus Rashford have resumed training with the first team. Martinez, who joined from Ajax nearly two years ago, has been sidelined since the 1-1 draw with Brentford on March 30 due to a calf issue, shortly after returning from a knee injury. His season has been plagued by various injuries, limiting him to just 11 appearances across all competitions. Rashford, who was forced off the pitch during the FA Cup semi-final win over Coventry City last month, has also returned to training after missing the last three matches against Sheffield United, Burnley, and Crystal Palace.
