Indigenous All Stars forward Josh Kerr will return to the Dragons in 2026 on a two-year deal.
The 29-year-old played 68 games in the Red V from his 2019 debut until his 2023 move to the Dolphins. He has since played 42 matches for the Dolphins and earned a spot in Queensland’s extended State of Origin squad this year.
With a strong crop of emerging forwards at the club, Josh is at the right stage of his career to help add some experience and size to our pack,” said Dragons Head of Recruitment and Pathways Daniel Anderson.
“We look forward to welcoming him to our match day squad.”
Meanwhile, Wests Tigers have signed Panthers forward Mavrik Geyer for the 2026 season.
Geyer has played 14 NRL matches since his debut last season.
“It’s a great time to be involved with the club and the chance to work under Benji and be a part of what the West Tigers are building is something I’m really looking forward to,” Geyer said.
“My focus is to continue to grow and develop as a player and take this opportunity with both hands. In speaking with Benji and the staff at the club, I know the Wests Tigers is an environment that will help me achieve that.”
Bulldogs prop Harry Hayes has put pen to paper on a new deal that keeps him in the blue and white until the end of the 2029 NRL season.
Hayes debuted in Round 20 last year and has racked up 27 NRL games for the Bulldogs.
Originally signed until the end of the 2026 season, the 23-year-old has extended his stay by a further three years.
“Since making his debut late in 2024, Harry has established himself as a genuine first-grader. He has a great work ethic and has the ability to play both in the middle and on an edge, which is a great advantage,” said Bulldogs GM of football Phil Gould.
Warriors outside back Ed Kosi is on the move after signing a two-year deal with the Rabbitohs.
