A dedicated educator from Michigan’s Upper Peninsula has received statewide recognition for outstanding service, leadership, and dedication to students as part of the Detroit Red Wings’ “Best in Class” program. This initiative, organized by the NHL team in partnership with corporate sponsors and local education networks, seeks to honor teachers who go above and beyond in shaping the lives of young people and strengthening their communities.
